How long does it takes to warm?
Zonli towel warmer takes around 6 minutes to warm your towels. I'ts much faster compared to other products.
How long does the heating last？
The default is 15 minutes, you can press the power button again to switch to 30, 45, 60 minutes
Will the zonli towel warmer automatically shut down?
The towel warmer will automatically close after the set time, but it can keep warm. The set time can be 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes.
Can I use essential oils or scented plates?
The towel bucket has a scent tray on the lid that can hold any scent tablets you like.
Can I use a wet towel?
A dry towel is recommended. If you want to use a wet towel, it is recommended to wring it out a little to avoid dripping water.
Is there a warranty

Can I get a refund if I don't like the towel warmer?
